Costco Pharmacy

I spoke with Jermaine on the phone. Her attitude was that of a whiny, childish tone. She was unprofessional, unhelpful and very demanding. She continuously spoke over me, just rude and extremely unprofessional.

Costco Pharmacy is the best place to go for your meds very affordable, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Costco have everything you need under one roof.

The staffs are very nice, they always do their best to help the customers quickly when the line is backed up. Friendly and nice people. Staff always pleasant looking. I feel comfortable asking questions because they are helpful and nice. They refill prescriptions very quick.

I believe i was over charged and short changed on meds for my sick dog. Each time i am giving a window of 45 minutes or 35 minutes and each time it has been over an hour!! They seem to be standing around a lot but they are screwed up. It like they are used to pissing people off and they could care less. The only reason i go there is because i have a dog with heart failure and my Veterinarian recommended them because of their prices which are exorbitant!!! Been back twice since my first visit and there was still a longer than expected wait time. Today my 4th visit they were spot on, explained discounts, and were 30 minutes as promised.

Great customer service; friendly staff; the Pharmacist is professional & knowledge; and lowest prices in Los Angeles County. What's not to like? Get a Costco member card for more goodies in rest of store! :-)
