Costco Pharmacy

If you use Costco Pharmacy, please make sure you ask staff to check the member discount before you use your insurance co-pay or GoodRX. I called and they told me they made mention to check. I than met Van the Pharmacy Manager (referred by Costco senior management) who assured me this would be done and the next visit what happened…GoodRX was $10 more than the member discount and I had to wait 20 minutes before they changed. Come on Pharmacy staff, our member rates went up as it is, at least give us the benefit of our discount. Jan disappointed. Also poor at transferring prescriptions

I generally dont like costco because they move items around so much. Sometimes life has you in a rush and costco doesnt make it easy for busy damilies to run in and out. The pharmacy however is very different. I have been going to this pharmacy for so long that I have seen some of the staff in their youth and now they are all grown ups, gotten married and became parents. The staff at this pharmacy is always smiling, always willing to help. The only hard part ia getting to the pharmacy (parking a mile away). I wish they had drive thru. Over all, love the service and staff (mostly).

4th time they didnt notify me that medicine was not covered by insurance company before having to fight Costco traffic and walk through the busy store. Just make sure you call them beforehand.

The worst manager there I found crochet in my salad I went there she tells this is common it says on the box that it’s washed 3 times
