Costco Pharmacy

This pharmacy provides everything I need. The staff is very professional, friendly and efficient as it deals with a high volume of customers. In addition to prescriptions, I have received flu and covid vaccines there. They are never too busy to answer questions.

Infuriating experience. You need a prescription number to check your prescription online, something no doctor has ever given me, so you’re required to call to get any information. I don’t receive alerts when my prescriptions are filled, but they did call me when I cancelled my prescription and tried to get it filled at another pharmacy. Oh, so I’m only important when you’re about to lose business? You can call me after I delete my online membership, but you can’t text when my prescription is ready? Interesting.

Be prepared to wait a minimum of 30 minutes when they are least busy This costco could care a less about its members

I have found this pharmacy to be inefficient, disorganized and mistake-prone. I see someone below had concerns about the competency of the lead pharmacist. I had my own concerns, too. Not as severe as this person, but still an issue.

My daughter and I have both had issues with Sutter and our prescriptions recently and the ladies at Costco have been very helpful, especially Pamela! She has gone above and beyond for us on more than occasion. Great customer service!
