I love the staff here, they are genuine, helpful, and remember my allergies and preferences:) I would say Ryan is an exceptional pharmacist

Mickey mouse pharmacy, exact words from the pharmacist on a medication I have been picking up on this location for months- no idea if/when my medication would be restocked or if it’s even on order. What is your job?

The front staff really good. Fast and efficient. My only negative is the lack of communication for a back order or out of stock. Pharmacists are knowledgeable and patient and twice caught a problem with medicines that should be corrected. My husband has multiple medical conditions. I need a pharmacy that looks out for him and advises of contraindications. This Costco does!!

Nobody communicates with you or their fellow employees. Went to pick up a prescription after waiting over an hour for it to be filled, they hadn't started on it yet because they were trying to bill it to an expired insurance provider. Then they said it would be ten minutes to prepare. I waited over an hour before anyone acknowledged I was waiting. They did a shift change in the middle of this, so nobody told the new shift that I was waiting there. We had antibiotic meds for our toddler that require refrigeration sitting on the shelf waiting for pickup for at least 30 minutes. Having to corral a 15 month-old with an ear infection for nearly two hours because we were waiting on incompetent techs to do their job, doesn't fill me with a lot of confidence.

Costco does most things well but pharmacy is not one of them. Hours are really inconvenient. My prescription was sent to them on a Thursday. When I arrived on Wednesday, I was told that the prescription is in the system but has not been “keyed-in”, whatever that means. 45 minutes was the wait time for it to be ready!! I had to lave and return the following day, but it was closed when I arrived in the evening. Then it was Sunday, then a holiday Monday! The hours and their procedures just don’t work for the modern world. Switching to a real 24x7 pharmacy.
