Costco Pharmacy

I have tried to fill a prescription there multiple times and every-time is a headache. No one answers the phone or calls you back so if there is a problem with insurance or your dr instructions you have to physically go in! Which if you don’t have a ride or not able bodied how do you expect people to get their issues resolved?! I called twice today because at this point I need to move my prescriptions to a pharmacy that will answer or call me back. Again I’m going to have to figure out a time to go in now and deal with it and it’s a prescription I really need. They are not empathic when you go in either they don’t seem to care. And listen I love Costco as a brand that’s where I shop. But life or death on the line I’m not betting on their pharmacy for a darn thing. I just was in tear last

Called to ask if there was a specific product I wanted in stock. after asking for the price she stated they couldn’t give that information over the phone then without asking if I had any other questions said goodbye and hanged up.

My first visit , handled my order toot sweet !!!

Everyone is helpful and nice in person except for one female worker that pick up my call. She is extremely rude and impatient in answering my questions. It's frustrating to receive poor customer service with a bad attitude.

Great service, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
