Staff is always helpful and polite. Scripts filled in timely manner and I love the text communication notifying me when prescriptions are ready, and cost is noted.

This pharmacy has been a wonderful change of pace for us. Our dog is on some expensive medication that other pharmacies have put us through the ringer to get. The meds are filled quickly, actually ready to pick up when they say they are ready, and are less than half of the price that we've paid elsewhere. These guys were absolute lifesavers, we were completely in shock after we picked up our first refill, and they have not disappointed since.

I have a job that requires I travel to several different cities and states on a weekly basis, where I am on call and I do not get many days off. My schedule can change daily. Because of this, sometimes I will not be in town when it is time to refill and pickup my prescription. If and when this happens, my doctor will call and request a travel exception to allow early pickup, and she does this voluntarily without me asking. I am going to Iowa for a week and my doctor called my refill in 3 days early. When I picked it up, i received very poor customer service even as the only customer in line, and was given dirty looks by both the pharmacist and her technician. When it was ready, I was asked to go to the window. The pharmacist started smiling like I was funny to her, and said quote: "one

EVERY Time I call my meds is they are sent back befoe I pick them up. I will call them in, they say they will be ready the next day, 2-3 days later I go to get them and they don't have them anymore because they were send back. They say they hold meds for 10 days before sending them back. Also, I never get a call saying that they are ready like they say they always do.

I have used this pharmacy for several years. Both Pharmacists have been very helpful! I get my flu shot her too! Very Convenient!!
