Costco Pharmacy

I’ve been going here for YEARS and never had a single problem. I’ve always been very polite and kind, as I understand it can be stressful when people are upset about not getting prescriptions. However the last couple of times I’ve gone to get a prescription I’ve been met with genuinely some of the rudest people. I got hung up on when I called and patiently waited on hold for 15 minutes while checking on a prescription status. When I called back I got “Yeah well I’m still looking don’t expect it to be done shortly” and she hung up again. No “hello”, no nothing, anytime I tried to respond to help she cut me off. I got upset because again I waited patiently just to get hung up on and snapped at. I’m not one to write reviews but it’s gotten to the point where they need to do something about th

I’ve been getting my meds here for a couple of years until recently. I got married and changed my last name, then all of a sudden, they told me I never received meds here. They then proceeded to tell me the wrong person’s info and meds - a major HIPAA violation. On top of that, it took over an hour for me to get a flu shot. Most of my time was spent sitting in a chair waiting. Staff were also rude and uncaring. There are some nice staff there, but lately, it’s gone downhill. I was so turned off by this experience that I switched pharmacies.

Im so tired of hearing "we're short staffed" for an excuse for bad customer service and/or rude pharmacy cashiers. Hire adequate and nice staff so that you can provide a quality service. Pharmacist are always great. I've never experienced this level of rudeness at costco before. Jen- maybe you should find another line of work because people skills is not your forte.

Incredibly unreliable and rude. Will lie and argue about when medication is needed and due making you wait days for medication you rely on daily.

Lately their service has been horribly affected and they say they are 3 days behind. This is a huge inconvenience when trying to get your necessary meds and missing a day can really affect your medical health.
