Costco Pharmacy

Great experience with the pharmacy. I was just walking by and saw signs about pet medications, I asked about it, it led to the discussion that my cat wears a continuous glucose monitor. Fast forward a couple of days and I am now filling the glucose monitor prescription at Costco. l am now saving $120 a month vs other local pharmacies in town.

Horrible Customer service from the pharmacy - really bad towards elderly customers. The pharmacist is pretty agressive and begins conversations with antagonizing attitude. My mom is hard of hearing (wears a hearing aid) and then the pharmacist/tech asked her to stop yelling - she can’t hear well so she sometimes speaks loudly. She shows no compassion towards customers on Medicare. Costco typically has warm and friendly service but the pharmacist at this location is unusually unpleasant on a regular basis- I understand it’s a difficult job but I understand pharmacists are compensated well for their challenging jobs. Patience with the elderly is really important.
