Paid to get new tires installed waited a week to get them installed. Show up for the install and they refused to install the tires because they would not use my phone key for the Tesla. Said it was their policy. Would have been nice to know when I purchased the tires a week before. Lost a day of work! Membership terminated!

Having no pharmacist for an unknown period of time while they're at lunch is ridiculous. Taking time out of a busy schedule to pick up my prescription before work only to have them tell me that there isn't a pharmacist who can get it for me, leaving me without medication I need is pretty unprofessional. I understand that everybody needs to take a lunch break, but having no staff while they're at a lunch break without notice of this has pretty much ruined my day. I didn't have time to stand around and wait for half an hour for them to get back from lunch as I had to go to work. I even checked the hours for the pharmacy before I went and it said it was open.
