Costco Pharmacy

Fire whoever "manages" this pharmacy. They lie to my mother constantly about not receiving the doctors prescription. She than has to call the Dr office, who CONFIRMS 110% they called it in, the previous day, well before pharmacy closing time. Than, on the call back to Costco, the story changes: "oh yes, we have it, it will be ready when you get here". Guess what, when you get there, they tell you it will be another 10 to 15 minutes wait. What happened to "... ready when you get here", after showing up an hour+ past the last phone call? These clowns are making up their own rules about how the process should work. Step 1. Take prescription. Step 2. Bag it up. Step 3. Send notification that it's ready. DONE! How is that so difficult? However these clowns use the "we will get to it whenever it

They are absolutely awesome now. There was an obvious workflow problem a year to a year and a half ago. Now they fly. Wonderful improvement.

Their prices are valuable during these modern times, but we have Costco to thank for and keeping their prices reasonable wjo are on a budget. I'll keep coming back, more to buy and praying to stack up for emergencies only. 🙏🙏🙏

Norwalk Costco has great products but their workers/ policies are horrible. Long wait lines during checkout. The parking lot situation is a nightmare. When ordering food if you have a question no one even looks up at you after waiting politely for 10mins!? But of course when leaving the store magically an associate is there to harass you for a receipt, that was misplaced while trying to get food (that I never got). Now, back to customer service to ask to print out a copy of my receipt. Hungry and annoyed 😒 I’ll be canceling my membership. Restaurant Depot has the same bulk deals minus the membership fees and receipt harassment at the exit.

Honestly the people at the registers are great. If the rating was for them I'd give it 5 stars, they're always so polite and fair and take people in line, etc. The pharmacists however are another story. They're so rude and short-tempered when you call to make sure they got the script, because sometimes the text notifications don't come through and you don't wanna wait 5 days only to find out they never got the script, or the medicine is on back order. (1/10 times they will send a text that it's on order, most times you have to call and they're miserable about that). When you confirm they have the medicine in stock, because other pharmacies in the area didn't, they tell you yes yes, despite not checking if all elements of the script are in stock.
