Costco Pharmacy

Great pharmacy. Always have your prescriptions ready at the time needed . Otherwise , the pharmacy will send you a text that your prescription isn’t ready or not . Great bunch of guys working there , very professional and friendly.

Everyone is so helpful, professional and pleasant!! Specially Aniway and Chris!!! They always help me with my whole family prescription with compassion and patience. Aniway gave me a great suggestion for caring for my mom and I am so grateful. Love them!!!

Mai is incredible. Very helpful, caring and knowledgeable. Many times I have gone there she has gone over and beyond. They close at 7 pm. One night I arrived late. About 7:10. She was in the back I assume doing paperwork, but saw me looking for help, came to front counter and helped answer questions on a new script. Medicare insurance is horrible, and she again went over and above the call of duty looking for ways to discount an expensive drug with coupon offers from mfg. Insurance gets denied, but she doesn't give up, works with my Dr. to try and reapply after being rejected. Just recent I had issues with a generic drug thinking it was bad, yet she explained why it was working properly. Made me feel so much better. Even the others at this Costco are great. Horrible service. They wouldn’t take the time to call the physician because the medicine was a sleeping pill. Great price, but very unhappy with the service. It took five days to fill a prescription. The local pharmacy is where I go now.

Newer pharmacists seem to be lacking training within customer service - had an incident where a pharmacist made false claims and canceled prescription order without patient confirmation. Very upsetting since this is our go to pharmacy.
