Costco Pharmacy

Dropped off a prescription and was told 25 minutes. It was for EIGHT pills. Ok? Came back and sat in waiting area. Meanwhile a “Karen” came in and bullied the cashier to put a rush on her prescriptions with no regards to anyone other customers. Apparently she was more important than me. I was still waiting and “Karen” was given her prescriptions before me. I had to ask if mine was ready after 40 minutes. Are there really that many employees with NO COMMON SENSE? Ridiculous. Apparently the store is understaffed because the returns line was out the door as well as 20 people in line at self checkout and six deep at a couple full service lines. Seems to be poorly run in the entire building. I’ll transfer to Verona where things seem much more organized. DO BETTER PHARMACY EMPLOYEES!

I recently switched from CVS Pharmacy to Costco on Deming Way because of the lower prices. Big Mistake. I went to get a flu shot. The woman did not wear gloves, did not wash my arm, nor did she ever get out of her chair, she just yelled my name out from the back room...(she can walk, btw.) On Friday, October 17th, I called in to have a prescription filled. The automated message said it would be filled on Tuesday. I went in on Tuesday. Mind you, this was a 28 day prescription and 30 days had passed and I had gone 2 days without my medications. I asked John, the pharmacy technician , how I could not have this gap in the future, but I received no solid answer. Good prices but man it's a slow and unfriendly service. Makes picking up a prescription a full trip rather than a quick stopover. I switched to Costco when I was on a high deductible plan but I'm so excited to get back to a Walgreens drive thru.

I get both my cat’s and my dog’s medications at this Costco! They are much cheaper than getting at the vet or Walgreens and the pharmacy staff are very helpful!

Regular customer until they ran out of my medication for 3rd time. No one told me, nor called me back in line. They just let me sit, waiting, wondering what was going on. Finally at 1 hr. Mark I asked the cashier what was wrong. At that point, I was informed they were out of my meds. I left, went home, called UW Pharm, they Transferred & filled it deal done! Time to get new policy and pharmacist!
