Costco Pharmacy

This pharmacy is a joke and if you leave a 1 star review they will get it removed so you have to keep leaving them. I like another customer in the reviews have a coupon for a very expensive medication. I got lucky and was able to call and get them to add the coupon but it should be automatically applied as it is attached to the medication. I have had nothing but problems with this pharmacy, unfortunately my insurance covers the best here so i am kind of stuck.

Love this pharmacy. Helpful staff and has always been a smooth experience for me.

I've had the same extremely expensive prescription for six years. Due to the cost being so high I take advantage of a manufactures coupon in conjunction with my insurance. This is not a narcotic but it is medially necessary not optional. Two separate times in the last year Costco has removed the coupon which triples the price out of pocket. Today they did it again. Ashe was happy to sell me the script at the higher non coupon price but when I said I wanted the coupon price suddenly my prescription was expired. Not out of refills - prescription expired. It was NOT expired ten minutes earlier when she rang me up at the higher price. Extremely atrocious customer service.

As much as I like Costco this is very disappointing experience for me they dispensed the medications didn’t charge me for one of the medication which is again not my fault maybe they should train well. I was charged for only one medication I just paid and left the Pharmacist was very arrogant questioning me will you pay or not when I came to pickup another medication no apology just arrogant whose mistake is it really I understand you may have a lot of customers but how can you retain if you have such arrogant pharmacists.

Spoke to Ashley over the phone about a prescription that had stopped for one reason or another. She couldn’t have been more helpful in getting things sorted. The team is always very friendly when I am in Costco picking up my prescriptions or getting a vaccine.
