Costco Pharmacy

I want to give a huge thank you to Mia, a pharmacy technician at Costco Pharmacy at the McDonough location for her exceptional kindness and professionalism. Mia took the time to call me personally after my UPS package (important documents) was accidentally delivered to their location instead of its intended recipient in Milledgeville. She absolutely did not have to do that—but she did. Because of her thoughtfulness, I was able to immediately contact UPS and have a driver pick up the package, saving me a long drive and the hassle of filing a lost package claim. What truly stood out was that Mia even followed up with me afterward to make sure everything was resolved. That level of care and customer service is rare and deeply appreciated. I travel 45 mins to come to the pharmacy, and pass two Costcos on my way. Best people, pharmacists who give best advice, and the pharmacy is better stocked than any other Costco in metro Atlanta. Love, love love the staff.

The Pharmacist was amazing. I recently became an elite member of Costco , I moved my prescriptions to Costco from another pharmacy so I would be able to shop and pick up my prescriptions all in the same trip . Once I arrived they were having trouble entering my insurance information into the system. I was unaware that I had a different prescription card from my actual insurance card . The pharmacist was very patient with me and walked me through what I needed and who to contact. Thank you so so much , Costco you have a shopper for life. If you are a member of the Costco off of Jodeco Rd in McDonogh I highly recommend this pharmacy.

I’ve been apart of the Costco family for almost two decades and I can say without a doubt that the staff at this location are the absolute best! Mia at the pharmacy goes beyond and above for her patients and im beyond grateful for her

Georgia is not a place to be for Costco… Going back to Pacific West Cost. The lack of items we used to get in Northern California.. 🤔🥲
