Costco Pharmacy

I called for my prescription… they guarantee would be next day after 2:30.. I cam… they are no able to provide it to me… Costo pharmacy not a good provider… think before take any prescription.

During my recent visit to the Costco pharmacy, I encountered an employee Stephanie who displayed a complete lack of professionalism and courtesy. Their behavior was not only disappointing but also disrespectful. They seemed uninterested in assisting customers and appeared to have a dismissive attitude towards their concerns. Not only did the employee fail to address my questions adequately, but they also made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Their rude demeanor created an unwelcoming atmosphere, which is unacceptable for any customer-facing role, especially in a healthcare setting. In addition to the employee's behavior, the overall customer service experience at the Costco pharmacy was lacking. The wait times were long, and the communication between staff and customers was poor. It

Wow - they go ABOVE and BEYOND here. I’ve never been at a pharmacy that was so dedicated to helping people. Walgreens, CVS, Publix - none even come close. Today, 4/3/25 I was so impressed with how good they were I had to make sure I gave them a shout-out, and I have referred my family members to start filling their prescriptions here.

Excellent customer service! This is the first time I have been to this pharmacy, and a little bit of a drive for me, but very well worth it. I will go back. The cost savings are tremendous if, like me, you have an unusable Obamacare plan with a very high deductible.

Doctor Mo at the pharmacy is always extremely knowledgeable and kind. the other pharmacists are also very helpful with questions over the phone as well as in-person. whether they are about prescriptions or over-the-counter products
