Costco Pharmacy

George is always so helpful and goes above & beyond. He is definitely a great asset to Costco!

One of the most relaxed and careless set of people work in this section. They tap on their computers for so long without caring about the people in the line. Even the computer programmer who build their systems wouldn’t have taken so long to build their softwares.

Costco Pharmacy has the best prices... but this Costco Pharmacy has the worst customer service. I’m not sure if my poor experiences are due to staff laziness or lack of concern for customers. I have had 2 horrible experiences in the past month. First, I had to return 5 times for the same prescription which was either not filled at all or not filled correctly. The majority of the problems (and multiple trips) would have been corrected with a little attention to detail and a phone call to either myself or my Dr. office for clarification. Second, I have been calling all day to see if they have received a prescription from my Dr. office, but have been telling me all day they don’t have it yet. When I called my Dr. office they said it was sent electronically several hours ago. So I immediately

Costco administered our Covid-19 vaccine very quickly and efficiently. We were given excellent service by the pharmacy staff and the pharmacist who gave the shots was knowledgeable and very good at giving the shot. I could barely feel it.

I stopped by the food court to order a a whole pizza, I was met by the most unhappy staff member by the name of Cyndy, she said it would be a 15 minute wait, come to find out it was ready in about 8 min, and it sat on the rack for 10 more min until I decided ro ask if it was ready. I then decided to ask for 3 chores and asked if she would roll them in the sugar and cinnamon mix, at which she replied, we can't do that! I said then can I get new ones? she was definitely unhappy as it was so obvious in her face, she replied it well take another 20 min! Since when does a take 20 minute to dry a piece of dough??
