Costco Pharmacy

Just had an unnecessary experience with one of the checkout people at this pharmacy. I waited in line for about 20 minutes. When I got to the counter I made my request for the Kirkland version of Claritin D. I was told they didn't have it. I thanked the person for looking and just stated that I wished there was a way to have known that before I waited for 20 minutes in line. All good. I was not rude. I understand that it happens and I didn't blame them. Said, thanks again and turned to walk away. 3 steps from the counter and I hear the person say under their breath, ”we can't read minds". Circled back to see if I could catch their name tag but they weren't wearing it. That was a bit extra. I didn't need that. I wonder if she can read my mind to know what I am thinking now?

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Always a huge line. When they txt you to say your meds are ready, they’re not. Waited in line for 20 mins for them to tell me it’s not ready. They said it would take 45 mins. I waited. 15 mins later they sent a txt saying it was ready. Didn’t want to wait in line again so I did the locker service. Waited an hour and a half and nothing. Avoid this pharmacy.

I'm sorry, they are super nice here but they need a revamp on how they do things. I pick up my Parents meds here, so I'm forced to use this pharmacy, but they are the absolute slowest pharmacy ive ever used. 4 people.in front me always means at least a 15-20min wait in line. No joke, I've timed it multiple times. Everett Costco will have 4+ people in front of me and I never have to wait more than 5min. They have 3 registers, but always only one person helping and they always seem to take forever to find the meds or do anything. Untrained? Maybe, but definitely understaffed. Again, super friendly. But always an insane wait.

This pharmacy was great. The pharmacist Christina was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. They were able to get my Rx transferred and filled quickly. I was very impressed. The pharmacy seems well run and organized. They seemed to go out of their way to provide good customer service. Nothing but positive things. I just wish they were open on Sundays.

Antonio needs some customer service training and support. Looked pretty dumbfounded when I asked him a basic question. I thought maybe he doesn’t understand English initially but later noticed he was speaking it just fine with a colleague. He is just bored with his job clearly so sucks for him but don’t think he should be in a customer facing role. All other staff behind the counter are good but he stands out with a bad attitude.
