Costco Pharmacy

Just got off the phone with the Pharmacist (Min). We were on the phone for twenty minutes trying to solve some questions about a medication I was taking, a recall, and any interactions that might be of concern. I did not feel rushed. I felt heard. I've delt with this Pharmacist several times in the past and have always had an exceptional experience. I hope Costco leadership realizes what an incredible asset this person is to their business.

This is in regards to the pharmacy services at the Leesburg, VA location. I am based in Georgia. While traveling, my pup needed a refill on one of his medications. I called in to request a refill and picked it up at the Leesburg location. At that time, I was never told that the prescription was being transferred to the store in order to get a refill. The problem now arises that since I am back in my home state of Georgia, I came to pick up a refill. The pharmacist in Georgia informed me today that they cannot fill the prescription because the prescription was transferred out to the Leesburg, VA store and it was a one time transfer because it is a controlled substance in the state of Virginia. I called the Leesburg, VA pharmacy to find out why this information was not given to me when I req

The prescription is never ready when it is supposed to be. It's a repetitive cycle of, "they're filling it now, come back in 15 minutes." then you come back in 15 minutes and get a different person who says the same thing. This pharmacy is so inefficient compared to others.

Costco pharmacists are the most helpful people I've experienced. They go out of their way to assure you get your prescription in the most timely manner. Another reason I love Costco!

Everyone is great - Kat is amazing and I don't know how she remembers everyone. She needs to be in management - coming there since we moved to Leesburg. Goes the extra mile.
