Costco Pharmacy

My adhd medication isn’t working from costo pharmacy I tried upping the dosage to see if it’s that’s the issue it’s not. It will work 2-3 days out of the week. But my previous pharmacy’s batch of meds worked perfectly fine. From what they told me it’s the manufacturers problem they can’t help. If your someone that is also experiencing this just change pharmacies. This people will just tell you to up the dosage as if they were your doctor to take your money.

Two separate instances, the same Pharmacy Technician sent me to other windows because she did not understand the error code she is seeing on the computer. I went to the window, and I waited for the Pharmacists to finish her phone (I understand Pharmacists could be on phone for too long with insurance) and after 15 minutes, I gave up and left. I went back the following day, and another Pharmacist was very helpful and all they needed is to confirm the insurance up to date. I didn't know why the Pharmacy technician could not tell me that. I went again four weeks later for different prescription, and the same Pharmacy Technician saw some error code on the computer and sent me to another window again. This is by far the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Pharmacies like Walgreens and CVS should be ashamed of themselves. 90% of the bigger pharmacy employees are RUDE!! Costco pharmacy employees are HAPPY and way NICER and FRIENDLY. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

I went to go pick up my prescriptions. I forgot my ID, so I asked the associate if a picture would suffice. Associate asked for the lead pharmacist’s permission, pharmacist said no. Customer next to me with a different associate asked the same thing right after, if a digital picture would suffice for identification. Lead pharmacist agreed. Customer was able to get their prescription. I’m asian, the other customer was white. Do what you will with that information.

I have 2 dogs that require medication and Costco pharmacy makes it very easy to fill their prescriptions here. I like the texting notifications, that way I shop and then get notified when meds are ready. All the pharmacy staff have been very nice and informative!
