Costco Pharmacy

Switched over to them from CVS thinking and hoping the service would be better. After only a few months, they have delayed my father’s medication on multiple occasions, leaving him without taking his medication as directed. Definitely recommend going with a different pharmacy.

I don't know how this pharmacy only has a 3.5 rating!!! I've been coming here for years and have NEVER had a problem...and today was Unbelievable as well..because the manager Ron Scott went totally out of his way to make sure I got my medicine before the weekend!! I arrived at the Costco, La Mesa, pharmacy at 6:57 pm after work to get much-needed medication for my dog, who is in severe pain. Unfortunately, the pharmacy technician did not ask what I needed and instead told me that the pharmacist was giving shots and would not be able to help me because they were closing soon. I even offered to purchase just a couple of tablets, but my request was dismissed without any willingness to listen or assist. This lack of compassion and customer service was very disappointing.

Great pharmacy. Excellent customer service. They helped me get my prescription filled as I was having an issue with my insurance. My doctor could have simply written me a new prescription and solved the issue, but was unwilling to do so. Very thankful to the pharmacy staff here for helping me out.

20 minutes to get a parking spot walked a 1/4 mile to the pharmacy only to find out they don't have Sudafed 🤬
