Costco Pharmacy

Pharmacy is difficult to work with if you have a controlled prescription. Was actually suggested to me that I was trying to game the system for drugs. I had a hip replacement surgery, it damaged my back and also caused severe sciatica. I am nearly crippled. I am in Physical Therapy, but need to be relatively pain free to work with the PT therapist. I follow the rules on the drugs, even stretching them out from 6 to 8 hours to avoid dealing with the pharmacy. Sure enough, they will not fill my prescription, even though it is due. Says I just picked it up. Well, yes, because I can only procure 5 days at a time. The worst is when you know you'll run out on a Sunday night or Monday morning, when doctors offices are closed after 5pm Friday. It is "too soon" to refill, but one runs out before th

I have been at COSTCO member for approximately 20 years. Obviously I would not have continued as a member if I was unhappy with their service the return policy is great. I enjoy shopping at the COSTCO on 88th St. in Kansas City Missouri. It is neat and clean. Any employees that I have encountered Have been very helpful, sometimes going out of their way to show me where a product is. Thank you, COSTCO. Employees for making COSTCO a great place to shop.

Has poor customer service! The quality of service really depends on who’s working, but more often than not, it’s a terrible experience.

Disrespectful employees and frustrating experiences most of the time. Items are rarely restocked on basic fruits and vegetables. Fine print limits/sales on items are misleading. This costco is severely lacking in variety and needs better management. It gets more difficult by the day to consider shopping here.

Frustrating speaking with pharmacy employee. My question: I have a 12 month rx at the Linwood location..do you have access so that I can pick up a refill at your store, or do I need to go to Linwood Ave for my refill? So the gal looks up my record and says that she can contact my dr for a refill. What! Why would my dr okay a refill on an rx that he gave me a 12 month rx for a few months ago? The gal in the pharmacy didn’t understand….and I went over this 3 times with the simplest of explaining. Frustrating and needless to say, I’m driving to Linwood Ave to get my refill even though the north location is much more convenient.
