Costco Pharmacy

I’ve always liked the Costco Pharmacy in Harrisonburg for their professionalism and exceptional manners. However, today’s experience was disappointing. There was a lady at the register who spoke Spanish, but unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name. She was engaged in a personal conversation, speaking with friends or family in Spanish, and made me wait until she finished her conversation. When she finally accepted my prescription, she told me to come back in 20 minutes. Upon my return, a young man just shook his head and told me to wait another 20 minutes. It seemed like something had gone wrong with the order. The same lady then spoke to me in a rude manner, telling me to sit down and wait. Knowledge and caring staff. They always try to work with you if there is any issue with prescription. Jordan always privides excellent customer service!

Their refill system is dumb. Priority should go to those who already have a prescription here. I have a standing rx here, called in a refill, it said it would be ready by 1 pm. Went to pick up at 3 and they don't even have the med in stock and they're not open on Sundays. Why did they say it would be ready today then? Waste of time.

These folks really care about good service and making sure you get the best price for your prescriptions. In this day and age, every dollar counts. Never a long wait. Very courteous service. Prescriptions are filled rapidly and accurately. Thank you.

First of all, this is the only pharmacy I have called in town that picks up the phone right away EVERY time I call. They are also really kind and have gone out of their way to make my experience positive every time. Plus, you do NOT have to be a Costco member to use their pharmacy!!! Highly recommend -- super nice people and service.
