Costco Pharmacy

One of the worst corporate pharmaceutical companies; auto calls for refills that insurance can’t fill. Corporate software changes insurance information to make local Costco pharmacy reject valid insurance information. Long story it may be cheap but as it shows in other areas, you get what you pay for. Should note local staff is courteous but stuck in Costco bs software system.

They always have my meds in stock even when there is a shortage on supply whereas other pharmacies cannot get enough to supply all their customers. The line moves quick! The techs are friendly and efficient. I appreciate a good pharmacy thank you costco!

We think it’s nice that they give their pharmacists Sundays off. We always get excellent help.

Jeremy is a fantastic pharmacist!!! He explains everything you need to know about a medication and makes sure you understand what he is saying. The pharmacy team is always helpful, polite and friendly. And we save a lot of money coming here compared to Walmart or Walgreens for our prescriptions!!!

I needed a prescription medication filled that had to be ordered. They were trying to tell the Doctor's office what medication and dosage "IF" they wanted them to fill it. They refused to order the proper medication needed. When I wanted my prescription medications transferred to another Pharmacy, they didn't comply. They were given an ultimatum, or face a complaint with the licensing board for their Pharmacists.
