Costco Pharmacy

Costco Pharmacy is excellent—fast, affordable, and reliable. The pharmacists are knowledgeable and take the time to answer questions, making sure you understand your medications. Prices are often lower than other pharmacies, which is a huge plus. Refills are easy to manage online or in-store, and wait times are generally short. I feel confident getting my prescriptions filled here because of their professionalism and efficiency. Highly recommend Costco Pharmacy for anyone looking for quality service and great value.

I wish I could give Costco Pharmacy a lower rating than one star due to the atrocious experience I recently had with them regarding my medication. Traveling frequently for work complicates my medication routine, so I sought advice from their pharmacy. They recommended getting approval through my insurance for a 90-day fill to prevent any treatment lapses. After a tedious process, my doctor got it approved, but when the time came, Costco Pharmacy filled a previous prescription for 30 days incorrectly and failed to fill the 90-day prescription at all. Upon calling to address this mistake, they acknowledged the error and promised to rectify it, only to inform me later that they were out of stock. They suggested I call other pharmacies to check if they had the medicine since they couldn't see

Only good thing is maybe the price which may be the reason they think they can have poor customer service. No text when it’s ready like they say and the automated line will tell you there’s no prescription in the system when it’s already filled. Save yourself the time and speak to a person. Poor employees have to deal with all this so it’s a fail on Costco’s part. This stuff is SUPER easy to fix too. It’s just poor management.

Horrible customer service! Don’t come hear unless you want to wait in long lines and not be greeted by staff that clearly doesn’t like their job. It’s frustrating when their staff calls you 4 different times to confirm information that should have been brought to my attention when I was already at the service counter. Not to mention the pharmacy technician called my number thinking he was calling my physician. This experience is so disappointing cause we shop here twice a week and their pharmacy staff is not up to par with the Costco culture. I would love to have my prescriptions filled at Costco but the staff struggles with simple tasks and are very rude.
