Great customer service always! I believe they really go above and beyond to fulfill your prescriptions in reasonable time to match your needs. They call your doctor, they make it happen. They are always available, when you call you talk to a person without delays. I think they are awesome ! Good prices as well.

I really don’t understand the low ratings here. Every experience I have ever had here was positive and there were many. I get my flu shot here every year and it’s quick and easy every time. I think they do a fantastic job here especially since they are in a busy location and there is usually people waiting. They also answer the phone quickly when I have questions. Keep in mind you can’t always be first but you can be next. Don’t expect to go there when everyone else has the same idea, example, Saturday and expect no wait. I usually go on weekdays and I have had minimal to no wait. Seriously do you go out for breakfast on Sunday and expect no wait?😒

They're always professional and quick. Customers are provided with an area to line up that is far enough away from the counter to insure others don't hear confidential medical conversations. (Though some customers don't follow the rules) The pharmacists and pharmacy techs are professional and respectful and try to maintain a class A persona through difficult transactions. Kudos to them, I couldn't do it!

They don't pay for enough staff and they're overburdened. Always super long wait. I've also had them tell me they ran out of pills and could only fill half my prescription so I'd have to come back in 3 days to get the rest. So I had to come back and wait in line for 30 min again. Basically 30 min waiting to pick up one prescription Ridiculous. After I transfer all my prescriptions I'm going to stop using this. Walmart is actually usually cheaper anyway (but far for me) and Walgreens is usually only a couple dollars more expensive. The staff are friendly tho, it's not their fault. It's obviously cheap, incompetent management.
