Costco Pharmacy

Horrible customer service! I called to inquire about medication for my pup and was told it was unavailable — which is completely understandable. What wasn’t okay was the rude response I received when I asked if the medication could be checked at another Costco location. The person who answered said, “No, we don’t do that. You’ll just have to call around to find it yourself.” I then called the Garden Grove Costco Pharmacy and was helped by a kind and professional pharmacist who went above and beyond — they checked with the manufacturer to see if the medication was on back order, explained that I could drop off the prescription to have it ordered, and even offered to search for it at other Costco locations. If you don’t like your job, don’t take it out on customers! And if you are busy, pl

reliably loses prescriptions. If you need medication, do not rely on these people. They will give you the run around until you show up in person, and even then they'll tell you to come back tomorrow (even when they have the medication in stock).

The Costco Pharmacy is always busy but the people who work there are very patient and nice. Jeffery was really very helpful and I know he was in a hurry but he spent time to listen to me and my problem.

Fountain Valley Costco pharmacy is terrific. They are helpful, personable an always have a smile to go along with the information needed. They've been taking great care of me and my family for several years. I love the timely text reminders too!

This Costco pharmacy in fountain valley is much closer to me than the one near Bella Terra in Huntington Beach, however I somehow always end up at that one. The pharmacy techs here are either rude or incompetent. One told me my prescription medication is over the counter, when I kept telling her it wasn’t she transferred me anyway. Ended up calling the Bella terra location and they knew it was prescription and had it in stock. I decided to try again recently & a similar thing happened. They told me they didn’t dispense pet prescriptions there, which they 100% do and I’ve gotten a dozen time. 🤦🏼‍♀️. Not sure why this one is so bad compared to other Costco’s, but good luck.
