Costco Pharmacy

The pharmacist Dave and pharmacy staff are a very kind compassionate team. I am grateful of all their expertise in law and healthcare. In the past I have had many difficult encounters with taking care of my mother's medications and this team provided pharmacy care effortlessly. They also accept discount cards which is a huge help in keeping an affordable monthly cost for my mother's medications. I highly recommend this pharmacy! Thank you Costco Pharmacy Everett!

Doctor Gerry is definitely the best! After our first eye exam, she gave a free sample contact to try. Then why my eye did not fit to the one month contact, I come back and she examined again and gave another set of free sample for one day contact. She is really thoughtful and gave me an extra set because I may not be able to order in time when traveling. I would definitely keep my Costco membership just for Gerry! Definitely number 1 optical to be.

Bait and switch tactics used. Pharmacy advised that the drug experiencing a shortage was in stock and covered by my insurance. I then had to pay over $300 upon pickup, thinking it was a copay. After contacting the insurance company, I was advised that Costco reversed their claim + up-charged over $200. I thought it was odd that the techs would not discuss this medication with me. I was not informed that my insurance was not going to be used. My receipt also shows the charge as a "co-pay." Pharmacy Manager did not care and stated that he thought he was doing me a favor by offering the drug (instead of saying that they were out of stock).

Very easy to transfer a prescription to. Pharmacist was great. CVS wanted $100 per pill for my prescription. At Costco with a goodrx coupon the entire prescription was $15. I'm not sure how that even makes sense but it definitely happened. Only problem was he said I would get a text when it was ready that night. I never received one but I didn't end up having the chance to get there that night anyway. Next day I went in and it was ready. The woman behind the counter signed me up for text alerts and I got one right away. Overall very happy with the experience.

Good price and I now switched everything to Costco pharmacy now including the medicine for my dog. I could not believe the same medication for my dog is like $300 there vs $500 in those big name pet stores and the online stores.
