Costco Pharmacy

Day 1: i call to make check if my prescription is ready to pick up. They tell me they don't have it, but they will send me a message when it's ready (they never sent it). Day 2: i call again, now they're missing one of the medications but I'm told it will be ready the next day. Day 3: i finally go to pick up my prescription and they're missing ANOTHER medication and tell me i have to come again tomorrow. This pharmacy is a freaking joke, they've done this multiple times already... i wished they'd stop giving different information through the phone and in person. Don't even waste your time with them.

The pharmacy is horrible spoke with andrea to make sure they has my medication on time and i still had to wait over 30 minutes. No drive through inconvenient and then they take so long to get medication ready

What happened to good old fashion manners? Like, hello how can I help you? They just bark at you , “ date of birth?” Rude, extremely unhelpful , forget common courtesy. I always ask myself why I don’t find another pharmacy. I think I was opting for the convenience of being able to shop and pick up my prescription. No more, I’m done. This is the first bad review I’ve ever written. This is how upset I am.

This Costco is nothing like the one I shopped at in Seattle. Horribly disorganized pharmacy. These jokers “lost”prescriptions which were filled and confirmed to be ready the day prior- I came 2 hours after the specific pick up time. They called me later to tell me that they had found them in another patient’s bin. Seems like the El Paso version of this, like every other every national company here is just plain awful. Probably because people in El Paso simply have no idea that a higher standard exists elsewhere.

Dropped off a prescription for Invokana on 5/4/20 and was advised that it would be ready on 5/5/20 after noon. I returned to the pharmacy to pickup my medicine at around 3:36 pm and was told that it was a very expensive medication, which I already knew. I was told by a young lady to go to the drop off window and waited a few minutes before a young man asked if he could help me. I told him I was there to pick up my prescription and he replied that they didn’t have it, so I asked to speak to a manager and this Dr. Isaac Lopez came to the window with an attitude! First he said there was a shortage so I asked him if he could prove it to me because Walmart had the medicine but at a much higher price. He told me to go get it there but I said I would rather buy it at Costco for 200.00 less. He s
