Costco Pharmacy

Was just googling Costco pharmacy hours and noticed their Google rating was way too low. We have been going here for years. Any issues we've had have been due to how the prescription was written, not sent over to them, or -our biggest issue- what our insurance will allow. The staff here is AMAZING but do have laws they have to follow. They are very helpful and have gone over and beyond many times to help us when we do have problems. They all seem to know their stuff and always do it with a smile 😊

Very nice people. Don’t know why the rating is so low. So glad I switched from CVS to Costco. Service is way better.

Pharmacist are very rude specially Sylvia. They make you wait hours for a simple prescription or they give the wrong prescription. Their prices are really high as well. I don’t recommend this pharmacy.

My doctor called in a single prescription last week. I have called every single day about a very important medication and they keep telling me tomorrow . 4days later they continue to tell me they don’t know when they are getting the medication.and then they completely overlooked another medication which they also don’t have. If your medication is a life saving medication such as blood pressure pill , seizure medication, heart medication. DO NOT go to this pharmacy. You will wait weeks and the prices are 3x higher than Walgreens.

Arrived 2 minutes after closing with a complicated, time-sensitive prescription issue caused by my doctor's office and thought I was out of luck, but Chris and Moohee spent their time and went out of their way to help me get it sorted out and not only get the right prescription on time, but make sure my insurance covered it so I could afford it. Wonderful service from both of them!
