Costco Pharmacy

3 strikes. Something is wrong with their processes here. 3 times in a row now, on 3 different medications, they have dropped the ball. Each time I was told that it would be filled that same day. When I didn’t get the expected notification I called back only to be told that there was no prescription to refill. Each time the tech that had helped my in the morning had been correct, and each time it appears that the pharmacist got it wrong and didn’t fill it. The first 2 times I had to wait an extra day with no ill effects. This last time caused a medical issue.

I frequently visit your concord store, and want to compliment an excellent employee,!! There are more than one Mike but this one is always extra helpful and does a number of jobs there. Usually wears shorts...always pleasant. Please compliment He is not in the Pharmacy, general checkout area Thanks Irene Lalonde

The pharmacist here believes they are a doctor. As another reviewer here states, I was also denied a legitimate prescription based on their own extremely limited knowledge of both me as the patient and the condition for which it is prescribed. A medication I've had filled for years elsewhere was flat out denied here, with no questions asked, or any thought to perhaps call the prescribing doctor?? She was very condescending as well, and made me feel completely awful instead of cared for. No thank you, I'll be going back to my beautiful CVS!

Call pharmacy is one of the best pharmacies I had been to I get to read it better professional and everything is fast and everyone here is very professional I love it !!!!

I think they do their best to get orders out as fast as they can. The pharmacist is always so nice and goes way out of her way for you if their is a problem. Great people when you pick up your medications.
