Costco Pharmacy

Stood in line and had the attendant take two people before me. I was clearly standing there before them, but completely overlooked. Henry was informative and polite, but I won't be returning to this pharmacy anymore.

I literally JUST got out of the Costco Pharmacy and I was so in shock of the employees attitude and treatment towards my mother that I had to start writing my review as I left the store. My mother doesn’t speak perfect English therefore it is difficult for her to express certain tones and ways of expressing herself. The employee was beyond rude and had a terrible attitude. She asked my mom the DOB, name, and requested the ID in a way that was dehumanizing. She spoke to my mother as if she was a dog or a pet. I was so disturbed that I had to walk away for a brief moment.I have never in my life seen someone speak to someone else so rudely. Her name was Nour, that’s the name that I was able to see. I am not sure if her uniform was covering any other letters but that is what I saw. They should

Just like every other Costco this one can get packed! Don't park near the gas line or you may never get out!
