Costco Pharmacy

Staff easy to reach by phone and will go out of the way to contact other pharmacies and doctor’s offices to resolve issues with my scripts. Love the text messaging system so I can see when my script is ready and the price, and the text message refill reminders too. They also automatically check to see if my insurance or their own pricing program gives me the better price. I’ve gone to other pharmacies but always keep coming back here.

Before they changed their system, the pharmacy worked really well. Since the system change, however, it’s been a mess. They tell you they have your prescriptions when they actually don’t exist in their system. Nothing matches between the app, the website, and their in-store system. It’s no longer easy to check how many refills you have left or when they’re due, and getting a refill now takes a long time. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy at the moment.

Charles in pharmacy goes above and beyond for his patients/clients. Thank you so much for helping all our veterinary patients! We feel secure knowing that our clients will be treated kindly and promptly and we know how wonderful you are to us when we call in an endless amount of scripts. Thank you all!

I live out of the country I come to the US every couple times a year to visit family on this trip in Charlottesville. I decided to try to quit smoking. I got a prescription online and it was sent to a local pharmacy after realizing they didn’t have it in stock. I was told to call around and find after many many phone calls with many many unpleasant people I happen to get a hold of the Costco pharmacy, I was lucky to have anaiya h. Answer the phone she was very helpful. She tied my phone to the company she ordered my prescription assured me it would be in my hands before I left the country. I just want to give a shout out. She was very helpful. She was very pleasant and I was lucky to get a hold of her thank you Costco for hiring this person.

Far and away the easiest pharmacy I’ve ever worked with. They fill medications promptly and let you know if there’s any delays or complications, and their automated reminders/refill request system is great. Their staff are all very helpful and knowledgeable, especially Erin! I recommend them to everyone frustrated with using other pharmacies.
