Costco Pharmacy

I have an out of state relatively difficult prescription and was on extended travel through ND. The folks at this location were particularly helpful in getting my prescription on time and through ND specific requirements.

I am an engineer and a professional born in Puerto Rico and an American citizen by birth. I have traveled to many states of the great nation and I have never felt so discriminated against a Request a prescription transfer for a medical device that is active at Costco in Caguas, PR. This happens today may 28, 2024 between 2pm and 2:40pm Ricky, the pharmacist, in a defensive manner, stood behind the young woman who was assisting me since my first question and with his arms crossed like a guard protecting a perimeter, he shook his head saying no to everything I asked the young woman who very kindly told me what she had asked to the pharmacist that they did not transfer prescriptions internationally or outside the United States. If I could give them more stars, I would. Just started using this Pharmacy after having a bad experience in Hazen. This pharmacist and his staff are top notch, they are well educated, helpful and timely. I can't say enough nice things about using this pharmacy. Kudo's!!!

Rick the pharmacist has been a pleasure to work with. He’s gone above and beyond on several occasions to do whatever he can to help us get necessary meds. I won’t ever go anywhere else. He has set a whole new standard for customer care.

Ricky was super helpful and informative with getting my prescription filled out. Hard to find people who care for their customers the way he does.
