Costco Pharmacy

I recently had a few prescriptions sent to Costco Pharmacy at 4900 Panama Lane, Bakersfield, CA 93313. I then received a call from someone at the pharmacy telling me that they were unable to fill my prescriptions because they could not bill my insurance because they were "out of network." I told the lady that it was fine and I would pay out of pocket for them; however, she refused to help me and said they could not do that, they could only bill my insurance, and to go through them. The problem is also that she said one of my medications could not be transferred either, so I'm stuck! Costco won't fill my medication and/or transfer it to another pharmacy. Came 3 times today and line was super long. They refuse to put more than 2 people at the front regardless of business. This is bad service from the club. Help should flex based on usage like other aspects of the operation.

This pharmacy is trash. Their policies prevent them from answering any questions. They'll only talk to your doctor so if your doctor is out and you have a problem with a prescription, then you're screwed. Most unhelpful staff.

Super pharmacy, pretty fast service. I like Costco overall and pharmacy is inside the store and they are very well organized.

This was incredible long line but it moved. I was in line for any hour.
