Costco Pharmacy

I have used pharmacies in Corvallis, Lebanon and Albany. We’ve been using the Costco Pharmacy for around two years though and I can’t say enough good things. They are always timely with refills, every staff member I’ve encountered has always been kind and their prices being a Costco Member are significantly cheaper than they are with the health insurance I pay thousands of dollars for every year. Overall, I wouldn’t change pharmacies for any reason and I’m grateful for the staff here!

I was very happy with Costco Pharmacy until today. I called to tell them to fill a prescription my doctor sent in (which is something I have needed to do for a while now--I don't know why they don't just fill it when my doc sends it). I also wanted to see if there would be any time-consuming issues with pre-authorization. My doc deliberately sent it early in order to deal with that possible issue. Kay, who said she was a supervisor, was terse, rude, and dismissive and even tried to hang up on me after she lied about whether my doctor had sent it and then again about the plain English on the prescription. I have never been anything but kind, patient, and respectful to the staff there and I found Kay's behavior to be deeply offensive. She even tried to avoid giving me her name. She ne

Best pharmacy in Albany. Fast service, humans that answer the phone (and will track down your doc when needed), good prices, and decent hours.

Nicole is wonderful she got my insurance straightened out for me. I like that they don't fill my prescriptions until the day we ask for them. Great pharmacy and great staff. Love Costco Pharmacy😀

Repeatedly do not receive faxes from numerous doctor offices over the years. Will have to switch. Even though they have good prices. It is just not worth it when it is critical you get a prescription, to repeatedly be told by doctor's office they faxed it and to repeatedly be told by Costco they never got it is just ridiculous. One time is okay, maybe twice, but nearly always? Something is wrong with their fax system or something else is wrong! Also, they don't have a lot of time for their customers. They put in a new computer system, but don't send out reminder calls. The customer is not so important here. They are just too busy.
