Cosentino's Price Chopper Pharmacy

Been going here for years. The manager, Linda, has always been very helpful and she tries to help me with suggestions for manufacturers coupons too. Great staff!

I called yesterday to ask about something and the person who answered had no idea the answer to my question and have zero interest in finding out for me. I also thought the pharmacy was open later than it is (that's my bad) and she got very hateful and rude with me over it. I had my prescriptions sent to Walmart instead. Whoever answered the phone needs to learn some better customer service.

I have to say, I go here bc it's close and convenient. That said, the employees never smile and literally every time I go. I feeling I am bothering them and inconvenienceing them. I work in customer service. A hello, an acknowledge of ya standing there and a smile. Goes a long way. Seriously thinking about changing pharmacies. People are picking up prescriptions which usually isn't for something pleasant. A little customer service goes a long way. Been goin here for years and it's Seriously always like this! EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!

They not only fill the prescribed medication but also check and make sure that you have not problems with other medicine.

I had left prescriptions at CVS all day, went to pick up 1 hrs before surgery and they hadn't even started on them! Ran into Price Chopper and the pharmacist had them ready in 5 minutes! Thank you!
