Cortez Drugs

In 15 years I have never had a complaint. Through thick and thin, Anish and staff have always been caring, supportive. Even now as my big boy (dog) is on medication, the same support and care is shown.

Update here. Here is the deal, Cortez Drugs is accepting Pine Brook Pharmacy customers because they closed. Come here for great customer service and a great staff. Also there is a change and that is the hours are now Monday to Friday 9 AM to 5:30 PM. Make a note of that Saturday 9 AM to 12 noon. Not much has changed here at Cortez Drugs. Susan left and we have a new guy named Keith that took her place. Keith is a nice and friendly guy. You will never wait a long time here. If they have the drug you'll be in and out in 15 minutes. No waiting for an hour like you do at the drugstores like Walgreens or Publix. We had received prescriptions for our dog for several months from this company. When renewing they left a message that there would be a slight delay in getting the medicine. We started her new script on a Friday, by Saturday she was having seizures. Unfortunately by the time the vet realized the time between her seizures and the new medal it was too late. Our dog suffered for 5 days with horrible seizures and left this world way too early. Company needs a quality control person before they kill another dog, or God forbid a human Beware.

I read the reviews on linec and didn't really believe them. I do now. Great local business. Very friendly, very helpful, and had my two prescriptions filled in about 15 minutes. Looking forward to dealing with them in the future. Oh,and best of all, they are a preferred provider with my prescription plan.

Had to wait and hour for a mixed mouth wash. They were pleasant enough. Small business so I will continue to support it.
