Corry E. Maguire, DPM: Orlando Foot & Ankle Clinic

This is my 2nd post. My first one was conveniently removed somehow. The doctor spent less than 5 minutes with me and told me he would prescribe a medication not covered by insurance. I contacted my insurance and found out they in fact would cover it but would require a prior authorization. Once I let the staff know this I found out they actually own the pharmacy and would have to see what they could do. My major complaint is the doctor never asked me any questions, he never gave any suggestion other than the prescription I would have to pay out of pocket for from his pharmacy nor any recommendations to help my issue. I was extremely discouraged when I left and feel others should know this practice seems to be only about profit from their pharmacy.

They refuse to answer the phone they will not call in prescriptions and when they make a mistake you can't get a hold of anybody they will not answer the phone the rudest people ever. Kenya promised to call me back and did not. I did an escalation and nobody ever called. The end result is I do not have the medicine they prescribed....... because they are not competent.

Amazing doctor did not make me come twice to start treatment and very communicating. The check in process of the office can improve, but would recommend the doctor and assistants anytime.
