Allison is the best massage therapist I’ve been to. I’ve had several appointments for chronic neck pain/headaches and she has helped me tremendously. Allison is genuinely interested in my progress and well being. My range of motion has greatly improved, I feel so good. The therapy room is meticulously comfortable, clean, calming, soothing, relaxing, optimal temp. Professional, knowledgeable, strong, caring and kind. Allison you’re my body mechanic!

Allison Shea is a most skilled massage therapist. She is highly professional, kind, and knowledgeable in her field. She has helped me with neck and back pain, stress related tightness and overall health issues. She is thorough, possesses a good sense of humor, but always serious about helping her clients achieve a higher level of health and pain relief. I feel fortunate to have met Allison and would recommend her without hesitation. And as an aside, she is very strong and is able to give a deep muscle massage if that is what you need or want. Allison is terrific. As someone who does not enjoy massages and does not like to take time out for herself, finding Allison has been a wonderful surprise. Middle age aches and pains became unbearable and Allison’s massage techniques have enabled me to regain some of the flexibility that I thought was lost to getting old.
