My mother, Gloria Q. Bernal, was a patient at CCNRC for about 10 months. She would like to say, "Thank you for taking such great care of me. The staff made me feel like my extended family. I love everyone at CCNRC. I would like to personally thank the CNAs: Amanda, Britney, Isabel, Samari, Ayana, Melissa, Art, Clifford, Allen, Charisse, Will, Breanna, Brenda, Paige, Lupita, Yvette, Jennifer, and Ashley. This is a horrible place very unprofessional!! My mother has been there for just under one year they leave her soiled in her bed or wheelchair my brother & I have tried & tried to speak w/ someone about a situation w/ her phone no one will return our calls we both live far away I am disabled & can’t travel to talk to someone in person my brother is not able to go there either only time we got a lil bit of help was when we threatened to make a welfare check w/ police department which I’ll probably have to do AGAIN!!! They are very rude & no help @ all from anyone there including the social worker which by the way they seem to have a revolving door when it comes to employees always different people we are not @ all satisfied w/ their services looking for the next step to get some help this p

Really appreciate management being so willing to work with me and communicate with me regarding my mother’s condition. The management team is Very communicative and understanding. Nurse Brenda (I believe was her name) was very helpful and kind. Although the facility is older and the rooms seemed to be a little outdated, the staff made up for it.

My mother was blessed with being sent to Corpus Christi Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for Rehabilitation. The staff were ALL so caring and compassionate. During her stay the Physical Therapist was so kind and gentle with my mom and she improved quickly with the therapy provided. I could not possibly give a higher recommendation if you are looking for quality care, excellent physical and occupational therapy and compassionate workers.

The facility was hustling and bustling with daily activity. My father stayed a short time there. We don't have any complaints. The staff was professional, engaging, and attentive. The admin folks accommodated my requests and the maintenance staff kept busy with the upkeep. Everyone from patients to staff had smiles on their faces.
