I had a great experience at Corona del Mar Pet Hospital and was able to get a same day appointment, which already set the tone. Parisa and the front desk team were incredibly attentive and kind from the moment we walked in. Everything felt calm, organized, and genuinely welcoming. Dr. Nguyen was thorough, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing. I really appreciated how thoughtful and gentle he was with Buddy. We were able to do a proper workup for his itching, and I got helpful, practical nutritional guidance without feeling overwhelmed. Traveling with pets can be stressful, and our situation came with extra challenges in both timing and logistics. From the very first phone call to the final approval, Georgi was amazing — patient, reassuring, and on top of every detail. Dr. Nguyen, Georgi, Louann, Anna, and the entire team were wonderful. Everyone we interacted with was very patient in the span of about 2 weeks, going back and forth to fulfill the requirements for the an international health certificate and making sure everything is accurate and true. We couldn’t even believe our “feisty” cat, Sheba, had such an uneventful time in the treatment area — I think she liked Dr. Nguyen and the staff! I can’t say enough good things about this team. Everyone was incredibly organized, knowledgeable, and reassuring—never pushy, but clear and direct with care instructions. I truly felt catered to, and it was obvious that my dog wasn’t just another appointment on the schedule. They genuinely cared about his wellbeing, and that made such a difference in what can be a stressful environment. From the friendly front desk staff, to the quick and efficient back-end team, to Dr. Nguyen herself—and even the manager—every single person was welcoming, accommodating, and kind. Very kind staff from the first encounter till the end and great service. Ateles had a little stress but was able to relax immediately after all the love he received. We needed to transition to another vet , after our Vet unexpectedly passed away. We liked the team a lot. Thank you very much for everything

I couldn't be happier with the service and care we received. I got an international travel certificate done with CDM Animal Hospital after having a nightmare experience with a different vet last year. They were incredibly knowledgeable about the whole process and made it so easy on our part. The price was fair and the service was beyond expectations.
