Dr. Colleen is the most amazing dr. I have ever see. She's amazing! I would highly recommend her. She does not stop until she finds a resolution to your health issue. God Bless her!

I am a newer patient for Cornerstone and found the service at the front desk slow, but friendly once someone came to the window. Doctor Collen was very nice and seems to care about me while I was their and had me come back in after she ran labs. The issue is getting refills on medication. The pharmacy can not get anyone to respond to their fax which has the pharmacy reach out to me to call the doctor about sending a ninety day supply in. That brings us to the biggest issue that seems to be an on going theme for them, as it is difficult to get a hold of them. If you are able to get someone to answer the phone it does not seem like it is for the office in which you go to. I would recommend looking at another office, one the while answer their own phones and have receptionist at the front des

I cannot wait to switch providers. It's always a gamble whether or not the appointment is going to be on the scheduled date or if they're going to call you the day before to reschedule. That in itself is understandable. But they only give you the exact amount of meds to last between visits. They do not put in a refill when they cancel on you, so you are just left to deal with withdrawal symptoms until they return. The supporting staff is completely unempathetic and talk to you like you're wasting their time. When I asked if there was a way to get even a small refill until my rescheduled appointment, I was told "well you're calling on a Friday before the a holiday," as if I'M the one who canceled my appointment. I give this office a 1 star id give zero if I could…I had Dr. Greenfield as my PCP for over 8 years, in the beginning my care was handled properly and regular visits were a breeze. My last few years as his patient I had noticed an extremely long wait with a scheduled visit. IE: appointment at 9am I would not be called back sometimes for Atleast two hours. Constantly double and triple booked. Very uncomfortable office setting with the types of people that come in to the office for their “fix” of medication….the staff are often uninviting and extremely rude. Calling is a waste of time as no one answers the phone line at either the Frackville office or Ashland office. If you leave a message for a call back it takes them weeks to respond. Friendly staff, quick appointments, whenever I am in need of a sick visit they get me in super fast! It is a very busy office but the girls always handle it with ease. I have only ever seen the 2 physicians assistants (Eileen & Don) both are excellent! I absolutely love that Eileen is no nonsense, direct & to the point while still friendly as can be. I appreciate her so much. She has gone above & beyond for me!
