Cornerstone Hospice

It was a terrible experience with cornerstone. They say they are there for you!! They most definitely aren’t there for you they are there for the money!! Supplies come in way too late!! That say they will be there the next day that’s a lie!! The bed they sent over was an antique piece of crap!! They should be embarrassed by the care they gave. All they do is drug up your loved one until they pass. Come in the home for 20 minutes and then spend an hour in your driveway sitting in their car on the phone. My mother passed away at 10pm their “nurse” didn’t make it out until after midnight so the death certificate doesn’t even have the right death date!! Don’t go with corner stone you’ll be left heartbroken and disappointed.

Our mother spent the last 3 months of her life under the care of Cornerstone Hospice and we were very thankful for everything they did. The nurses and aides were very attentive to her needs. They kept her comfortable and happy and spent time with her. They were there for our family around the clock during her last few days. Everyone was very helpful, compassionate and caring. We wish the doctors in the hospital had recommended Hospice to us sooner. We were really unaware of all the services they provided.

My grandma was admitted to the hospital at age 96. Cornerstone got her and were at the hospital with her for days. They are probably the o ly ones staying with us at the hospital.Then we took her home since she had cancer...and they were very compassionate with her and us. On the final days they prayed with us and Angela....nurse sang to God for her soul to go to heaven. I will get them for other family members.

My niece was receiving care with corner stone the first few days she came home on hospice it was some of the most evil experience I’ve ever seen. they’re quick to rush their patients to die my niece was 24 years old spent 10 months in a hospital was very sick her last wishes was to come home and spend some time at home & with her family before she passed the nurses would lie, Try to rush Her death And have the most horrible conversations with her about dying treated her and the family with no respect no sympathy no heart After two days of the care we fired them and hired somebody else I really hope this post could save somebody From having to go through what we all just experienced it was tragic nobody should be treated in that manner right before they leave this earth..

I made the mistake of changing to cornerstone for hospice service for my mother. They are quick to act and get her enrolled, but it was a disaster after the opening consultation. We spent weeks with no help showing up. The aids were documenting coming to the home ( and cornerstone was charging Medicare) while no services were provided. Attempts to deal with this issue with their office proved impossible. They're coarse folks who will happily commit insurance fraud, give you lip service, and not remedy the issue. The only thing that caught their attention was me threatening contacting the board of directors. It's an absolute disaster and you should use this service as a last resort for your loved ones. The care is piss poor, the service is ridiculous, and the staff is unprepared to do anyth
