this is honestly the best doctors office i have ever been to. the staff are all so kind, and koreen is so attentive and actually listens to what you’re saying. it’s clear that she does her best to help her patients, and always goes above and beyond to ensure you’re comfortable during the visits.

Dr. Koreen Thomas is always friendly and attentive with her care. She asks questions and doesn't make you feel like you are being rushed through your appointment. And she always askes about my family and make me feel very comfortable. My whole family trusts her with their health concerns.

They're the best. Koreen is so kind, thorough and attentive. She takes time to listen to your every concern and involves you in her decision making process. I haven't seen the doctor but my mom says he's the best doctor she's ever been to and now schedules an exam with them every year after refusing to go to the doctor for decades. The nurses are always nice and the girls at the front desk are always friendly and helpful no matter how busy they get. If you're uninsured they have a sliding scale based on your income that's totally reasonable and it's easy to apply for. Highland Falls is lucky to have such a wonderful medical team.
