I’ve had a great experience working for Cornerstone Caregiving. We offer flexible scheduling, which has made it much easier to balance work with my personal life. What’s really important is that there is always someone available 24/7 to answer questions or help with concerns, whether it’s before, during, or after a shift. From an employee’s perspective, it’s clear that Cornerstone Caregiving truly cares about both their caregivers and their clients. They take the time to create individualized care plans, whether a client needs respite care, help with bathing, grocery shopping, or overnight support. It feels good working for a company that is supportive, responsive, and genuinely focused on providing quality care.

I really enjoy working here part time. The staff is friendly and supportive, and management is flexible and understanding with scheduling, which makes a big difference. The team truly cares about their clients and provides compassionate, quality care. It’s a positive work environment, and I feel appreciated as an employee.

Brook and her team are excellent to work with. They have been very prompt at getting someone started with their services. They are very accommodating and flexible. I'd highly recommend Cornerstone!

I have a four year old who’s in preschool and a second job, that is one of the reasons I love this job also I love how flexible and understanding the job is .
