Terrible customer service and support. We have been trying to get a new BiPap machine for 87 year old husband. Had an appt to see Clinical Technician in Alexandria which is 60 miles from home. Was greeted by Caroline Zimmer the Sleep Apea Technician that we DIDN'T have an appt. But we did when she checked her schedule. Decided to order a new machine. It's been six weeks and we still don't have a machine. Every 2 weeks or so i call in for status. Never talk to the same person. When I call back and ask for the person, Corner Home Medical doesn't even know the name. You don't have local access to the branch because they can switch you to anyone at any location. People are rude and unkind over the phone. If you leave a message, no one calls back. They have had to go back to the D

I got a nebulizer prescribed by my doctor. They rented it to me and the insurance company. By the time the lease is up it will cost the insurance company, Medicare and myself over $700 dollars. I could have bought the same nebulizer online for $30.

This place is incompetent! I have 4 different experiences with them… all were a joke! Nothing was handled correctly… supplies we needed never came! My husband is on oxygen 24 hours a day… machine wasn’t working… driver coming to fix machine called said I’ll be there in 20 minutes… never came! We are talking life and death here! Found out from tech that showed up next day… previous driver said too close to five pm and went home!! I contacted president of company and while very nice had nothing but excuses for poor service ie new company!! It’s pretty terrifying when you need oxygen to live!!!

My disabled wife received a mobility scooter (as she has M.S. and is unable to walk) with in 3 months the seat broke) they took over 6 months to finally order a seat that she was told would be at no cost to her by the man in control of parts and repair this was a lie upon the seats arrival to there store they told her the final cost was over$350 , we made them aware we are on a fixed income and couldn’t afford that and that we were told it would be at no cost they treated us like liars . The gave her her independence, took it away then treated her like trash after the sale. The only people who in my opinion who have treated well were the girls at the front desk , the parts guy lied to me about cost of the item and told me he had ordered the part on 6 or more occasions and had never placed

I want Rice Home Medical back!!! This place is lousy. Can never reach them, they don't communicate with you and nothing is done timely. It's bad enough to make me want to quit using CPAP! If I could score a negative I would. Talk to 2 different people and get 2 different stories!
