Cornell Scott-Hill Health at the Dixwell Q House

NOT GOOD EXPERIENCE My recent experience with Q House Dental Clinic was incredibly disappointing and frustrating. I had a scheduled appointment on June 28th at 10 am, which I had been eagerly anticipating for months. However, at 8 am on the same day, I received a voicemail informing me that my appointment was cancelled due to the doctor being sick. Despite already being on the road with my son—whom I had to arrange care for—I decided to go to the clinic anyway, hoping to resolve the situation. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a young Afro-American lady who was not only rude but also unapologetic about the cancellation.
