Everyone was extremely nice and helpful! Really quick service and they explained everything well, especially Abrosia! She was so nice and very attentive!!! I felt like Dr. Schaeffa was great too!

Great experience! I did a virtual appt. Then they wanted me to come in so they transferred my case to a nearby urgent care with no additional charge. I got in and seen fast, and they prescribed just what I needed to get me through until I can see an ortho doc.

Great experience. Olivia at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. Tasha, in nursing, was excellent. Chad the PA showed much knowledge and expertise in treating my fractured wrist. Couldn’t be more pleased with the care I received today.

The front desk staff and the practitioner provided excellent care — they were kind, respectful, and professional. Unfortunately, our interaction with the CSR named Alexis was deeply disappointing. She was rude, dismissive, she turned her ID badge away so her name could not be seen, and slammed the door when exiting. This behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate in a healthcare environment. I hope management takes this matter seriously so future patients are treated with the respect they deserve.

The clinic is clean, up date and quiet. This was a great place to go had your medical concerns addressed. The staff is professional, friendly and knowledgeable.
