Corewell Health Urgent Care - Shelby Twp

Horrible . called ahead to see if they take my insurance which they told me they did. I got there. They told me they took my insurance again, and that everything would be covered. took me in the back told me they don’t run any blood work. They don’t run any kind of RSV tests and if I wanted it done, I had to give them $175. I think they are a bunch of scammers. I think they take your money even though they accept your insurance so basically I walked out AndI went down the street to another Corwell/Beaumont urgent care in Lennox (So it wasn’t really right down the street about a 35 minute drive ) and everything was covered. And the staff at the Lennox location was so good and caring and quick, and of course accepted my insurance and everything was covered, and I got diagnosed with RSV. The

Nice place, good location... the staff at the front desk was nice, my tech was pleasant and knowledgeable and even the nurse practitioner was fine. Even the fact that you would pay $195 if you choose not to use your insurance, that was pretty cool. But I left there and I had to go somewhere else to find out that I had a bad infection. It's not really a lot of Hands-On care that goes on here

All went well. For the fee, didn't get much of a hands-on exam. Had to go somewhere else for an exam to get to the bottom of my visit being that testing urine was all that was offered. But, the two ladies at the front desk are nice and inviting. My check, Josh.. I believe his name was, was very personable and I appreciate his assistance. My nurse practitioner she was sweet and informative. I did not see a doctor but I'd go back if another incident arise.

Like angels swooping down to care for you! From walk in, to check in, to provider visit and interaction with entire team this was the quickest, smoothest, most professional medical visit ever! This facility has much to be proud of! Provider Holly is "just above and beyond on every possible level", a Godsend! You leave here feeling like you now have a new extended family! God Bless!

I had a very good experience at this urgent care. Both the doctor and the Nurse Practitioner were friendly, professional and explained everything they did. They tested me for three things while I waited about 10 minutes, and was given the results by the doctor.I was nicely surprised at the short wait! I will definitely be back whenever I have a need for urgent care!
