Timeliness of visit was good, short wait and then into room. MA collected basic info - she had a challenge as I had laryngitis. The physician - Dr. Jazeeki - was exceptionally kind and compassionate. She examined me and discussed a broad coverage prescription protocol to give me immediate relief and taper down the coughing. I was impressed and appreciative. Gladly recommend .

I got right in and was seen by the Dr. within 10 minutes. Dr. Wood took care of me. I needed stitches, and he explained everything to me as it was being done. He was very gentle and compassionate with really great bed side manners. Also additional tests were done, which made me feel like he cared about my health. This was my second time here, so I feel this was a a good choice if I need urgent care in the future.

I am not a leaver of reviews but today, I had the best interaction at this Urgent Care. Front desk staff was incredible. Nursing staff was legitimately a group of angels and the doctor made me feel validated and seen. I’m nervous about doctors typically but this group of professionals made me feel very much at ease. Thank you! 🖤

Honestly, this whole experience was quite frustrating. They have you make an appointment online to avoid the weight. It says that’s just to avoid registration which then they make you do anyways when you get there so I get there. We’re waiting over an hour to PC an hour and 20 minutes total we get back there. The doctor told me they’re short staffed, etc. which I understand I’m fine. They get my daughter back for x-ray and I set my purse on the chair behind me while I forgot my purse while we were taking back to the room where we were where we were there for another 20 to 30 minutes and no one comes in and asks me if that’s my first no one comes in and does anything they took someone to ask her right after me which means they had to have found it as they only have one x-ray room. I had to come here to get 6 stitches after cutting my arm open at work. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by smiling faces and helping hands. I couldn’t fill anything out so the ladies at the desk did it for me and held the clip board for me to sign easily. But the most memorable moment was when I came back and meet Reda at the desk. I was supposed to go to the hub for my appointment and she got me all the information I needed and even made me feel at home sitting in the waiting room for my ride. The people working here are amazing and make the place feel warm and cozy.
